Presidents' Meeting |
Presidents Meeting on the last day of the Working Week.

In total 37 presidents from member associations or their representatives
attended the meeting. Altogether 47 people attended this vital
discussion. |

General Assembly Breakout
Session |
At the General Assembly there was a special breakout session to discuss
the voting right issue 20 May.
|
The breakout session was attended by 30 participants representing 16
member associations. The discussion summary was then brought back to the
General Assembly in its second session. |
|
Council |
The busy Working Week started with a Council meeting to prepare the
General Assembly and to finalise the remaining issues for the
conference. |

Commission meetings and ACCO |
The new Commission chairs gathered to their first official ACCO meeting
in Marrakech.

The meeting focussed on implementation of Commission work plans, joint
Commission activities and future events: Here they discuss with

Commission chairs with Vice President Rudolf Staiger, who is chairing
ACCO 2011-2014. Hartmut Müller is representing Commission 3
instead of its chair Yerach Doytsher and Wafula Nabutola

the chairs the meeting was also attended by Kate Fairlie, Chair
