		TERMS AND CONDITIONS
		
			- The Geospatial Council of Australia Limited (GCA) will issue a 
			tax invoice upon email confirmation of the sponsorship. The invoice 
			will be in Australian Dollars (AUD) and will include GST and must be 
			paid in full (including all International Payment fees) by the due 
			date or benefits will not be granted.
- GCA are liable to charge GST and pay it to the ATO under 
			Australian Tax Law due to the services transacting within Australia 
			because:
				- We are an Australian company registered for GST (the who is 
				supplying)
- Providing a booth space/other entitlements (the what/thing 
				is supplied)
- At an Australian event held in Brisbane (the where is it 
				supplied)
- To you (the who is purchasing)
 
- Cancellation must be advised in writing. However, once promotion 
			of your sponsorship has commenced no refunds are available and you 
			are liable for full payment.
- Travel and accommodation costs for attending sponsors and 
			exhibitors is not included in any of the sponsorship or exhibitor 
			packages.
- GCA is not responsible for any change to the program contents or 
			running time of the event. 
- GCA reserves the right to cancel or postpone any event and will 
			notify sponsors of any change at the earliest time possible.
- The attendee list will contain the details of registrants who 
			opt-in to receive information from the sponsor - this list does not 
			necessarily include all attendees.
- This agreement shall remain valid until the completion of the 
			event.
- Payment of fee implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- All exhibitors are required to comply fully with the 
			requirements of the exhibition venue and exhibition supplier. This 
			includes:
				- Reading, understanding and complying with any handbooks or 
				manuals provided 
- Awareness of and compliance with applicable Work Place 
				Health Safety Legislation, Regulations, Codes of Practice and 
				Australian Standards 
- Complying with all delivery and access schedules, facilities 
				and procedures as advised.
